Payment Methods

TRUPEM offers a range of secure and widely used payment options to provide customers with a convenient and reliable checkout experience. All payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed directly on the checkout page in real time. Supported options may vary depending on your shipping country or region, selected currency, device type, and the real-time availability of payment service providers at the time of purchase.

Payment Authorization & Anti-Fraud Verification

To help protect customer funds and maintain transaction security, orders placed through TRUPEM may be subject to payment authorization checks, identity-related risk screening, and anti-fraud verification procedures.

Your payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution may request additional verification, decline certain transactions, or place a temporary authorization hold on funds during the payment process.

TRUPEM does not control bank approval decisions, authorization procedures, temporary fund holds, or the timing of fund releases. These processes are independently managed by payment providers and financial institutions according to their own risk controls, customer account status, transaction characteristics, and applicable financial regulations.

Checkout Security & Data Protection

Payments made through TRUPEM are processed using Shopify’s secure checkout infrastructure and authorized third-party payment service providers. Appropriate industry-standard security measures and encryption technologies are used to help protect payment information, billing details, and transaction data.

However, no online transmission, digital payment system, or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute 100% security. Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials, payment information, passwords, and verification details secure.

For additional protection, we recommend completing purchases only through trusted personal devices, updated browsers, and secure private networks, and avoiding payment transactions over unfamiliar or unsecured public networks whenever possible.

Pricing, Taxes & Additional Charges

Before payment is completed, the checkout page will display the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, promotional discounts, and final order total so that customers can review the amount before confirming their purchase.

Any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, banking fees, card issuer surcharges, or other financial service charges that may apply are determined and collected independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

These third-party charges are outside the control of TRUPEM and are not included in our responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Discount Codes & Promo Rules

Any discount code, promotional voucher, or special offer code must be entered and successfully applied before checkout is completed and payment is submitted.

Each promotion may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, participating products, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, or other promotional conditions.

Unless otherwise clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, transferred between customer accounts, or applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed, paid, or shipped.

TRUPEM reserves the right to refuse or remove promotional benefits where an order does not meet the applicable promotion requirements.
